We process and ship orders placed after 7am HST on the following business day. Orders placed after 7am HST on Fridays are processed and shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are processed and shipped the following business day. Tracking/Shipping confirmations are sent via email the evenings following shipping.

We ship all of our orders via the United States Postal Service. If you require that your order be shipped via UPS or FedEx, you can call (808)485-7632 (8am to 4pm HST) to make arrangements.

Customers have 21 business days from receipt of your order to mail exchanges or returns. We do not offer return postage for returns or exchanges.

Exchange Instructions:

1. Order the correct size/style needed from our website: www.QualityHawaiianShirts.com. This will ensure that your replacement order will arrive in a timely manner.

2. Mail the un-worn/unwashed with tags attached item(s) being returned along with a copy of your packing slip and or confirmation email showing your order number to:
